Ian Wilcox

Ian is a Consultant with ADA. He has some twenty years of experience in the construction sector particularly in relation to the petrochemicals sector.

Ian is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and has an M.Sc in Construction Law and Arbitration from Leeds Metropolitan University.

Ian's background is predominantly as a Quantity Surveyor involved in the services aspect of the industry. As such he is experienced in dealing with the variations and final account processes as well as claims preparation, submission negotiation and agreement.
