An M&E contractor involved in a PFI development of a number of schools asked ADA to help when the client imposed a suspension to their £25m contract. ADA reviewed the commercial impacts and then prepared a financial estimate as a result of the suspension.
ADA then assisted the contractor to negotiate a solution to the issue.
