Commercial Investigations

Our team has many years of experience of working in a senior capacity at shipyards and construction sites around the world, for clients, contractors and sub-contractors alike. Our team use this knowledge and experience to assist our clients and provide solutions to commercial and contractual matters.

We have worked with a major Norwegian contractor operating in the subsea sector. We firstly conducted an analysis into an area of concern for the client, investigating the commercial situation with regard to costs overruns and delays on a major contract.

We wrote a report detailing our findings and presented a recommended course of action. This course of action involved working with the clients' team to develop a response to the contractor.

This led to an integrated ADA team working closely with the client to provide guidance and support, ensuring that all contractual obligations were met and the best possible financial outcome from the contract was achieved.
