Bob Davis

Bob is Joint Principal and Executive Director of Armstrong Davis Associates, specialising in dispute avoidance and dispute resolution. Bob is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor who has over thirty four years experience in all aspects relating to the construction, engineering, fabrication and oil and gas industries. This has involved him in preparing contractual claims for prolongation, delay and disruption, liaison with and providing quantum advice to solicitors involved in major construction litigation.

Bob is a practicing Adjudicator, Arbitrator, Mediator and Expert Witness and was the first Regional Board Chairman of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in Yorkshire after the implementation of Agenda for Change. Bob is also Past Chairman of the North East Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Bob is a past Chairman of the Adjudication Society in the UK and is a member of the Society of Construction Law committee in Leeds and is a member of Turner Arbitration Chambers.
